When you visit us at Northland Radiator, you can expect:

7 technicians with over 200 years of combined service experience
6 service bays with 14-foot and 20-foot overhead doors
4 workstations fully equipped with independent ventilation/make-up air systems
5-ton and 15-ton overhead cranes
Hot caustic soda tank for cleaning
Full air-conditioning service is also available in our shop

Not in Red Deer? Not a problem. We also offer similar services at City Wide Radiator in Calgary.

Our Service Agreement

Our service agreement reflects our commitment to providing a comprehensive and polished experience every time you visit us.

Usually, we will offer any top-priority radiator repair same-day service. We guarantee to complete all repairs within 24 hours if possible. The only exception for this guarantee is when we need to order a core or part to complete the repairs.

However, because we have many cores in stock, we do our best to ensure your repairs won’t be delayed.

If your company location is situated anywhere within Red Deer’s city limits, you will be entitled to free pick-up and delivery for all radiators, oil coolers, gas tanks, etc.

For your convenience, at Northland Radiator, we are open Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays by appointment only.

When you order radiators from us, you are guaranteed a warranty. New, complete automotive radiators have a 2-year warranty, and complete industrial radiators have a one-year warranty. The same applies to all re-cored and new complete commercial and industrial radiators.

However, plastic tank radiator repairs carry a 3-month warranty, and any rebuilt radiators carry a 6-month warranty (unless specified otherwise at the time of our quote).

Currently, we will pick up any automotive or light industrial radiator, boil it out, flush it, test it, and provide an estimate of repairs FREE OF CHARGE for our business customers and accounts.

Once that work has been completed, we will deliver the radiator back to your place of business. Should you choose not to proceed with the required repairs, we will still deliver the radiator back to your place of business free of charge.
